The G-L-P Walk, from Eric Jensen, described in Super Teaching, (1995).

In workshops, I often ask prticipants to pick a partner and go outside for a 10-minute walk. They can use the walk to get fresh aire, meet someone new and/or to answer three questions I gave them: What am I grateful for? What have I learned in the last day? And what is my promise to myself today? These questions bring the learner's attention into the present, the past, and the future. And a walk is usually greatly appreciated. (p. 198)
